Coastal Dog Pack — Members only

A home away from home,
reserved for the pack.

Boarding with Erin isn't a kennel — it's a continuation of the care and training your dog already knows. One dog at a time, in-home, with the trainer they trust.

Available to current & past training clients only
Why it's different

Not a kennel. Not a stranger's house. Erin's.

Your dog already knows Erin. They know her voice, her routines, her energy. Boarding here means your dog stays in a calm, familiar environment — not a stressful cage surrounded by strangers.

🏠

Truly in-home

Your dog sleeps, eats, and lives in Erin's home — not a commercial facility. No kennels, no cages.

1️⃣

One dog at a time

Your dog has Erin's full attention. No competing for space, care, or affection with a dozen other boarders.

🎓

Training continues

Boarding isn't a break from training — it's an extension of it. Erin reinforces what your dog has already learned.

🤝

Already trusted

Your dog knows Erin. That familiarity makes all the difference in how comfortably they settle in.

What's required

Boarding requirements

These requirements exist to protect your dog, Erin, and any other animals in the home. Every boarding dog must meet all of the following criteria.

Current or past training client

Boarding is exclusively available to dogs who have worked with Erin through Coastal Dog Training LLC. This ensures Erin knows your dog's temperament, history, and behavior.

Up-to-date vaccinations

All boarding dogs must have current vaccination records on file — including rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella. Records must be provided at booking.

Temperament & history on file

Because Erin already knows your dog through training, this is typically already covered. Any significant behavioral changes since your last session should be disclosed.

Flea & parasite free

Dogs must be on a current flea and parasite prevention program to protect Erin's home environment and any other animals present.

Common questions

Boarding FAQ

Because Erin already knows your dog. She understands their temperament, triggers, and routines — which makes for a safer, more comfortable stay. It also allows her to continue reinforcing your dog's training while you're away, which is a benefit no standard boarding facility can offer.
Because only one dog is boarded at a time, availability fills quickly — especially around holidays and summer weekends along the coast. We recommend reaching out at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance for regular stays, and 4 to 6 weeks ahead for holiday periods. The earlier the better.
All boarding dogs must be current on rabies, DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza), and Bordetella (kennel cough). A copy of your dog's vaccination records from your veterinarian must be submitted prior to the stay.
Absolutely. Erin sends regular photo and video updates throughout your dog's stay so you can relax knowing exactly how they're doing. Most clients say it's the most reassured they've ever felt leaving their dog in someone else's care.
Erin will contact you immediately if your dog shows any signs of illness or injury. For non-emergency situations, she will follow your vet's guidance and keep you informed every step of the way. For emergencies, she will seek veterinary care immediately and reach you as quickly as possible. We recommend providing your vet's contact information and an emergency contact at the time of booking.
Yes, and we're glad you found us! The waitlist for the upcoming full facility is open to everyone regardless of training history. If you're interested in training in the meantime, that's the fastest path to current boarding access — and your dog will love it.
